Tenum AI offers a multi-tenant service. This means that our platform is used by several users at the same time. If a single user has very high demands on the service, it is possible that this will affect the experience of other users.
The vast majority of users use the service considerately and their usage levels at peak times don't have a disproportionate impact on the platform and service capacity. However, while only a very small number of users may use the service inappropriately, such activity has the potential to affect the service for others. Our fair use policy manages inappropriate use and ensures that the service can be used fairly by all.
Tenum AI does not set explicit limitations on the use of the platform, it reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and may impose restrictions if the User's frequency disproportionately impacts Tenum AI’s ability to serve other customers effectively.
Relative Monitoring:
Tenum AI employs monitoring techniques to compare each Customer's usage of Resources against that of other customers of a similar size or profile. This monitoring is aimed at identifying any excessive or disproportionate usage.
Data Storage:
Tenum AI does not establish upper bounds on the data storage size that can be ingested into the platform. However, exceptionally large datasets may exert excessive strain on system resources and may result in service limitations.
Computational Resources:
Although specific computational resource quotas are not predetermined, Tenum AI monitors usage relative to other customers of similar size to evaluate whether the usage appears plausible. Disproportionate consumption of resources may lead to service limitations.
Excessive Usage:
Should Tenum AI determine that a Customer's use of Resources constitutes excessive strain on the system, either in isolation or relative to similar customers, Tenum AI reserves the right to take corrective actions. These may include but are not limited to service throttling, or temporary suspension of service.
Notification:
In the event of excessive usage, the User will be notified before any corrective actions are taken.
Legal Compliance:
Both parties shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of online services and computational resources.
Extenuating Circumstances:
Tenum AI understands that customers will occasionally have very high volumes of traffic outside of normal usage patterns. In those cases where this traffic can be predicted by the customer, Tenum requests to be informed with as much notice as possible to ensure that service delivery remains consistently high. Please contact your Account Manager in the first instance.
Changes to the Fair Usage Policy:
Tenum AI reserves the right to change, amend, or otherwise modify this Policy at its discretion. Any such modifications will be effective upon their posting to the Tenum AI’s website or through other forms of communication to the User, and it is the User’s responsibility to review this Policy periodically. The latest version of the document is available from the Help Center.
By utilising Tenum AI’s services, the User acknowledges and agrees to the terms specified in this Fair Use Policy. This Policy is governed by and shall be interpreted according to the laws of Germany.
